I’m Savannah Lyn a real estate agent and zoning strategist born and raised in beautiful Gig Harbor, Washington, now living and working in Tacoma. I grew up surrounded by trees, salt air, and a family who believed in building things that last. Real estate isn’t just my job it’s in my DNA.

Over the years, I’ve lived in some pretty remarkable places from the Sahara Desert in Egypt to the humid subtropics of Guangzhou, China but nothing compares to the lush green mountains, ocean views, and deeply rooted communities of the Pacific Northwest. This region isn’t just where I work. It’s home. And helping others find or shape their place here is a calling I take seriously.
